Native to India, Cardamom is a spice which is considered as 'Queen of Spices' with an intoxicating, rich aroma with complex flavours of sweet floral notes, camphor, lemon, mint and a hint of pepper.  It is one of the high priced herbs in the world and is widely grown in southern India.
