1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order placed.

Transit period will be from 2 days to 10 days depending on your geographical location and the service of our courier partner in your location.
 

2.How can we contact Teamnature?

You may contact us via email/WhatsApp/phone call using the contact details given in the site, we are happy to serve you at our best. It would be helpful for our staff, if you can restrict your calls between 9 to 6 on all days except on Sundays which is a holiday

3. How can I track my order?

On dispatching the orders you have placed with us, we will be forwarding you an email on the details of the shipping with tracking number.
You can check the movement of the parcel in the relevant courier company’s website by clicking on the link provided in the email. 

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

For changing your shipping address after placing your order you need to send a mail to support@teamnature.in on the same day or at least the next day.
 

5. Do you offer COD or Cash on Delivery?

We usually source the product upon receiving the orders as we prefer to ship a fresh product.So we look forward to take payment upfront on orders for enabling purchase of your requested products at our end, so we do not offer COD
 

6. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order. Make sure you provide correct information.
