Lemon Pickle (നാരങ്ങ അച്ചാർ) is one of the pickles served on banana leaf during traditional Kerala Sadya as a side dish during Onam, Vishu and other occasions like weddings. Biriyani without 1 spoon lemon pickle is unimaginable! Lemon pickle is a tangy and spicy pickle made using yellow lemon.
There are multiple ways to prepare the pickle, But this Nadan Naranga Achar is prepared by following traditional authentic recipes. It can be preserved for a longer time in airtight glass jars as the pickle is prepared without adding water.
