Homemade Irumban Puli Pickle (ഇലുമ്പി പുളി അച്ചാർ) is one of the most unique and tastiest pickles. It is made from Irumban Puli (Its actual name is Averrhoa Bilimbi and in some places in Kerala it's called ilumbi Puli). It is also known as Tree sorrel. The fruit is packed with vitamins, minerals and rich in iron and Magnesium.
