Return/Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with Teamnature products, let us know and we will work with you to make them perfect.

Product should not be opened/used and should be in a marketable condition.
If the product is found defective:

You are entitled to return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
The Invoice for the purchase should be available upon return of the products
This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or mishandled.

Please note that food items which are ordered is of high quality, do not contain any preservatives are non-returnable in any case.
Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products.

After we receive your valid return, will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If the product is found defective, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that when we instruct the Payment gateway to process a refund, there may be some gateway charges which they deduct and we are not liable for any such charges.
The time taken by the payment gateway to process a refund is not determined by us.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel the order anytime before the delivery/dispatch by calling our customer service.In such case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
